1,Product introduction
During the installation of the blade fiber optic load measurement system, the following points should be strictly observed:
1) The impeller must be locked before entering the hub. For other requirements, please refer to the relevant safety regulations;
2) The fiber optic cable is relatively fragile, it needs to be pulled carefully, and it is strictly forbidden to bend it, which will cause the fiber inside the cable to break. The bending angle is required to be greater than 60°;
3) All sensors, fiber optic couplers, and fiber optic splitters have protective plugs at the joints. Do not remove the plugs when wiring is not performed to cause fiber pollution;
4) When the blade is installed inside the blade, the initial pitch angle of the blade is 87°;
5) When installing the torsion combination device (tension spring), you need to manually pitch 87° to 0° and 0° to 87°, pitch back and forth, make sure that the installation position of the tension spring does not interfere with the pitch cabinet and bracket, and pull the The length of the spring reserved is sufficient to stretch when pitching.
